Commercial Paving | Applebee's in Bensalem PA

This project was a few years in the making. We finally got approval this spring to schedule the work to be completed. We milled the existing parking lot to a depth of 1.5”, made some repairs as needed, tack coated, and then paved the asphalt parking lot. There was constant communication and scheduling with the manager of the Applebee’s because they were not able to close the restaurant during any part of this project. This parking lot was paved in one day and we are very pleased with the finished product, as was Applebee’s.
